Looking out onto the wonderful harbour, you’ve also got gorgeous boutiques and restaurants awaiting you. The villa is situated in the new Mardix apartment complex and is the perfect location for discerning holidaymakers looking for privacy and luxury.

A particularly spacious apartment, the Villa Gustavia Lights has been designed with high-end interiors in mind. You’ll find fabulous décor, fine furnishings and comfortable furniture throughout. There’s an elevator here which makes the apartment particularly accessible, and there is an underground car park available.

Ideal for either families or couples, you’ve got three excellent bedroom suites to choose from, all with ensuite bathrooms. Your master bedroom enjoys wonderful views of Gustavia harbour, with the other two bedrooms looking out towards the city. All of the bedrooms have king-size beds and air-conditioning for your comfort.

As for your living area, this is a great communal area with nice seating areas. You can choose to open up the glass doors to your private terrace, where you’ll find your heated jacuzzi and sun deck; perfect for enjoying the sun’s rays or in the evenings with a cocktail. There’s also a superb dining area and kitchen which has all of your mod cons.

You’ll find air-conditioning for your comfort throughout. And there’s daily maid servicing except for on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are provided for the villa and the beach, plus maintenance is available for the villa, gardens and pool.
