If you’re looking for a villa full of heart, you’ve certainly found it in the form of Villa Greenheart. Brand new, and finished to the highest of standards, expect high-end design and décor, colourful textiles and fine furnishings throughout.

Situated in the wonderful Anse des Cayes region of St Barts, it’s secured a prime position right on the beach. Although not a swimming area, it’s ideal for wonderful walks and sunbathing. A huge plus is that you have the identical Villa Prana next door, which means that if there’s a larger group of you, this would make an ideal choice for up to 12 guests in total.

The villa has three beautifully designed bedroom suites on offer. Two are on main level; enjoying views of the ocean and the patio respectively, with the third room on the lower level. You’ll find two of the rooms with king-size beds, and third having twin beds which could also be converted to a king-size bed.

As for your living area, this is a wonderfully spacious room, complete with comfy sofas and a Sonos sound system, with a natural wood-vaulted ceiling. You’ve got a superb kitchen which comes fully kitted out with all of the mod cons you’ll need; catering for up to eight guests. If you’re looking to dine at the villa, you’ve got a superb indoor dining area. Or if you fancy a meal away, why not visit Hotel Manipani; just a two-minute walk away. Plus you have the resorts of Gustavia and St Jean a short drive away.

There’s a fully equipped fitness area, which comes with all of the equipment you might need. And if you’re ready to relax, your stunning private terrace awaits. The location for your beautiful heated swimming pool, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the views.
