Looking out over gorgeous views of the beach, you’ll find the Villa Sous la Falaise on the beautiful white sands of the St Jean Beach in St Barts; right at the eastern end. A perfect choice for beach lovers, you’ve also got the wonderful restaurants and boutiques just a mere walk away.

Designed to the highest of standards, the villa is the perfect destination for discerning holidaymakers looking for the ideal blend of privacy and luxury. Decorate to the highest of standards, you can expect fine design and décor throughout, with superior furnishings and lovely pieces of furniture.

Ideal for either families or groups of friends looking to holiday together, you’ve got four fabulous bedroom suites on offer set up as a main building with rooms in individual cottages.

Your first two bedrooms have king-size beds, with their own private terraces opening out onto gorgeous ocean views. The third bedroom suite has twin beds which can be converted to a king-size bed if required. It also has a private terrace with ocean views. Your fourth bedroom has a king-size bed. This suite has its own kitchenette, plus its private terrace with ocean view. All of the suites have ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning for your comfort.

As for your living space, this is found in the main building of the villa. You can all relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy the fabulous ocean vistas. You’ve got a superb kitchen which comes fully equipped with all of the mod cons that you’ll need, including two ovens and two refrigerators.

As you step outside, you’ll find stone paths that connect all of the cottages to the main villa building. You’ll find your gorgeous large pool just below the bungalows; surrounded by comfy loungers and seating. And it’s the ideal place to enjoy al fresco meals, cooked on your BBQ.
